7 casks of Organic Single Malt are hand selected by our Master Blender for each batch of this rare whisky. The casks are married together by hand to ensure that each batch is a unique expression of the best characters in each single malt, creating subtle aromas and flavors which are enhanced by the Highland Harvest legendary smoothness.

Each batch will have slightly different characteristics depending on the casks selected, making this a truly unique expression of the art of blending.
